We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Talent Acquisition Coordinator
to support our growing recruitment efforts. This role plays a vital part in ensuring a seamless candidate experience, strengthening our employer brand, and enabling the Talent Acquisition function to operate efficiently and strategically. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Lead to drive an effective recruitment process that attracts top talent.
Who We're Looking For
The
Talent Acquisition Coordinator
plays a critical role in ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and a seamless recruitment process for hiring managers. This role provides administrative, operational, and employer branding support across our Talent Acquisition function.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative & Operational Support
Post and maintain job ads across various platforms (LinkedIn, Internal careers page).
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date candidate pipelines.
Draft and issue offer letters, supporting pre-onboarding documentation and compliance.
Conduct background checks and reference calls for selected candidates.
Coordination of candidate travel for final interviews
2. Employer Branding & Talent Marketing
Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams to create attractive job postings and recruitment content.
Manage and track the employee referral program, ensuring smooth communication and timely reward distribution.
Support initiatives that enhance Clever Digital Marketing's employer brand and candidate experience.
3. Recruitment Support
Assist with sourcing candidates for junior and evergreen roles via LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels.
Conduct first-round screening calls to assess candidate fit and pass qualified candidates to recruiter or hiring managers.
Maintain ATS hygiene by updating candidate stages, notes, and status changes regularly.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Experience:
1+ year in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition support, or HR operations (agency or in-house).
Tech Savvy:
Comfortable with ATS platforms (experience with Pinpoint is a plus) and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and G-Suite
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to create a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.
Organization & Detail Orientation:
Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple competing priorities
Analytical Mindset:
Confident working with data to produce insights, spot trends, and recommend process improvements.
Proactive & Solutions-Oriented:
Able to anticipate challenges and propose creative, practical solutions to support business hiring needs.

Job-Type: Full time 1-year contract, with possibility for extension
Standard business hours: 9am - 5pm EST
Working Arrangements: Remote + 1 office visit per month
Base Salary: $55,000- 65,000
