About This Opportunity:


The Talent Development, Program Manager - Leadership Success will enable the global talent success vision for Leader & Manager Success at Docebo by working across HR and the senior leadership team. You will define and develop innovative development, coaching, and performance programs, aligned to culture and values, that challenge and grow leaders in all aspects of work, empower them with knowledge to become highly effective leaders, & drive a high-performance work environment. You will directly impact the success of Docebo by ensuring we provide the development and coaching required to enable every leader to build, manage, and retain high performing, highly effective teams in a rapid growth & change B2B SaaS environment. The Program Manager is a highly strategic role that will develop program strategy while simultaneously owning the full-scale delivery, adoption, and measurement of programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the senior management team to clearly understand company and business goals and create and then implement a leadership development framework and roadmap.
  • Measuring and communicating the performance, outcomes, engagement, and RoI of all leadership programs on a monthly basis.
  • Lead the design and implementation of leadership programs in 2022.
  • Develop the Docebo Leader Profile that defines the leadership competencies required to execute on our business plan in alignment with our Docebo core values.
  • Partner closely with strategic HR Business Partner team to build and implement a framework for leadership and management development and effectiveness that supports business stakeholders long- and short-term planning goals
  • Execute a framework for ongoing manager development programs that support the development managers need to coach, develop, engage and retain their teams as people-managers at all levels.
  • Execute a leadership development framework for senior leaders focused on organizational effectiveness, ongoing coaching, assessments, and feedback and business acumen to build world-class leadership in our organization.
  • Global enablement of the leadership and management roles for the Employee Success initiatives of 2022 (V2MOM, Performance Management, & Career Progression)
  • Enable the HR Business Partner team to drive adoption of global programs through their leadership teams
  • Identify and respond appropriately to ongoing leadership development needs from across the company through deep partnership with decentralized enablement teams and an iterative and agile approach to managing the leadership development roadmap
  • Continually assess and reassess the effectiveness of our leadership development programs and service delivery— approaches, organization, delivery standards, innovations, etc.— and introduce improvements.
  • Contribute to the oversight of the leadership development budget including maintaining high RoI vendor partnerships for delivery of programs

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in creating and delivering leadership development programs in a high-growth, scale-up environment; B2B SaaS experience highly preferred
  • 3+ years in program management with attention to detail and ability to set and deliver against aggressive deadlines
  • Require experience having individual ownership of both defining strategy and then executing leadership development programs; portfolio of work highly desired
  • Knowledge of and familiarity with applying needs assessment, organizational/ behavioral design, performance management methodology and other talent development frameworks to real-life scenarios
  • Demonstrated ability and comfort owning and managing programs independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multiple cross-functional stakeholders up to executive level
  • Operational mindset with a drive for creating scalable processes and measuring results
  • Located in a Central or Eastern Standard time zone preferred
  • Ability to travel quarterly
