We are a fast-growing organization, currently seeking a Talent & Compensation Workstream Lead to be a member of our consultant\xe2\x80\x99s team.

This is a full-time, non-remote position based in downtown Toronto.

The Opportunity

This Consultant role will lead the Employee Central Talent & Compensation retrofit as part of an implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central core HR, Payroll and Talent. The successful candidate will demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex HR technology and and support a successful implementation.

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

Plan and facilitate requirements gathering workshops.

Engage with internal subject matter experts to establish and validate business requirements.

Work with SAP (implementation vendor) to ensure all business requirements for Talent and Compensation are configured correctly in the Employee Central platform and that all Talent and Compensation related processes operate as expected within the new configuration.

Manage internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.

Support and integrate with related Employee Central workstreams including Core HR information, Payroll, Onboarding, and Benefits.

Work with the Reporting workstream lead to ensure all Talent or Compensation-dependent reporting systems are operating to specification with the new system configuration.

Collaborate with the Testing Lead to contribute to the overall test strategy and plan while leading the design and testing of the Talent and Compensation modules.

Identify and address risks to the workstream and the project.

Deliver quality services. Value and model excellent client service by establishing goals and implementation plans to achieve high quality deliverables within expected timeframes.

Focus on deliverables and client business priorities and manage expectations of service.

Provide constructive on-the-job feedback and training as needed.

Demonstrate high levels of technical and professional knowledge.

Advocate for and apply Best Practices to platform/process configuration.

Experience with previous Employee Central Payroll implementation.

Experience with general Payroll systems implementation and maintenance.

Experience with large-scale business process transformations.

Experience leading teams, that includes, prioritizing and delegating tasks and work packages, and promoting an innovative team mindset.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent.

Experience as a Project, Workstream, or Client Lead on a large transformational projects.

3 + years of experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central module.

Minimum of 1 end-to-end SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation.

Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central or in more than one SuccessFactors modules is an asset.

Experience with previous Employee Central or Successfactors Talent and Compensation implementations is critical.

Transformation, technical advisory and/or Consulting experience.

HR technology knowledge.

Strong understanding of payroll and benefits processes

Comfortable with ambiguity and finding creative approaches.

Project management experience.

Willingness to travel, sometimes on short notice.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills: able to manage competing priorities/deadlines, as well as the flexibility to adjust to changing operational needs.

High degree of social intelligence, integrity, and maturity.

Collaborative, resourceful, and self-motivated working style.

Meticulous attention to detail.

Ability to think critically and evaluate situations and solve problems creatively with tact and good judgement.

Professional demeanor and ability to maintain strict standards of confidentiality.

Establish and maintain excellent customer relations with clients.

Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as required.

Able to work in-office, non-remote, in downtown Toronto, Ontario.
