We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy, and results-driven Talent Acquisition Lead with a specialized focus on leveraging cutting-edge hiring technologies. The ideal candidate will head our Recruitment efforts on key positions and will also lead the internal TA practice for attracting, sourcing, and acquiring top-tier talent through passive and active recruitment. The ideal candidate will be a Boolean wizard with a proven track record identifying top talent on LinkedIn, GitHub, and other platforms This role involves devising and implementing strategies that optimize the recruitment process and enhance our employer brand by staying at the forefront of technological advancements in hiring.
In your day-to-day you will be responsible for:

• Identify and Attract candidates for critical positions.
• Act as the T.A practice lead, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to leverage state-of-the-art hiring technologies effectively.
• Collaborate with a Sourcer, T.A. coordinator and the HR and the rest of the HR team to define, develop, and execute innovative recruitment strategies that align with the company\'s objectives and needs.
• Collaborate with HR, Hiring Managers and T.A team members in crafting effective and compelling job descriptions/posts in order to attract high level candidates.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement the latest hiring technologies, including AI-driven tools, automation software, and other platforms to streamline the recruitment process.
• Develop and implement a strong Talent Acquisition process. Work with stakeholders and hiring managers to ensure the process is being followed.
• Analyze data and metrics derived from hiring technologies to enhance recruitment strategies, making data-driven decisions to improve hiring processes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and stay informed about emerging trends and advancements in the recruitment technology landscape.
• Create and manage detailed reports and presentations on the team\'s performance, technology effectiveness, and progress toward recruitment goals

What you must have:

• Post Secondary degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. or certifications in HR or Equivalent experience and education in Recruitment (agency and/or corporate)
• Proven experience (8 years) in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on utilizing advanced hiring technologies to improve processes and outcomes.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
• Proficiency in utilizing a variety of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) software, AI-driven tools, and other recruitment technology platforms.
• Exceptional analytical skills, able to interpret and leverage data to drive recruitment strategies and decision-making.
• Proven ability to influence and manage the hiring process and hiring managers/stakeholders in decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a keen understanding of employer branding and its impact on recruitment.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada or U.S.A.
