We are seeking candidates to join our Human Resources team in the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role reports to the Manager, Human Resources, and supports the Irving Business Services teams at our Head Office in Saint John, New Brunswick.

Qualifications & Experience

• Post Secondary Education

• Previous Recruitment Experience

• Networking Abilities with a Strong Customer Focus

• Innovative Thinker

• Excellent Communicator, both verbal and written with well developed Interpersonal Skills

• Able to Manage Multiple Priorities in a Fast Paced Environment

• MS Office Skills

• Previous Experience with Applicant Tracking Software is an asset

Responsibilities

• Lead & Manage the Recruitment Process for Irving Business Services \xe2\x80\x93 professional services roles

• Lead & Manage the Student Recruitment Program for Irving Business Services

• Build Strong Social Networks to Promote Career Opportunities

• Leverage Social & Digital Campaigns to Promote Employment Brand and Attract Qualified Candidates

• Continually Research & Understand Market Trends and the Impact on the Candidate Decision Making Process

• Deliver a Positive Candidate Experience

• Develop and Maintain Strong Relationships with Business Leaders

• Develop Strong Understanding of Roles within Irving Business Services
• Maintain Recruitment Metrics
