Work closely with your client managers to fully understand their goals, challenges and operations in order to develop a personalized candidate attraction and assessment strategy Use your headhunting skills to discover and attract our target candidates and subsequently assess their potential Act as an ambassador for Intelcom to provide an unparalleled candidate experience Cooperate with members of the HR team through our processes Actively participate in the creation and continuous improvement of recruitment strategies, projects and processes

QualificationsYou are results-oriented with strong adaptability A keen sense of intrapreneurship A great capacity to influence as an expert advisor in talent acquisition 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the logistics and/or manufacturing industry. Bilingual (English and French). Ability to manage your time and your autonomy. Demonstrate flexibility, collaboration and initiative always with a positive attitude! Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
