AAA Canada is a manufacturing company that has been providing subcontracting and technical assistance to industrialization, production and maintenance processes for about 15 years!
We operate in the Aerospace, Ground Transportation and Energy sectors.
A typical day?
Complete the entire recruitment cycle for all positions to be filled;- Understanding our clients\' needs;
- Identifying the qualifications and skills sought by our clients;
- Searching for candidates via internal and external sources;
- Recommendations and submissions of candidates to operations;
- Conduct behavioral and technical interviews;
- Coordinate pre-employment screenings;
- Participate in the hiring offer process;
- Maintain professional relationships with candidates, active or inactive, in order to develop a lasting network of contacts;
- Attend training sessions in his/her field of expertise and promote the development of his/her skills;
- Represent AAA Canada in a professional manner at events and promote its growth;
- Be involved in various activities and special projects related to human resources management and development.
Qualifications:
- Certificate in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
- At least two (2) years experience in recruitment and placement;
- Ability to move quickly and easily in a computerized environment;
- Be autonomous, dynamic and willing to obtain concrete results in a short period of time.
- Bilingualism (French - English) in oral and written communication is an important asset in our multilingual environment and our technical documentation.
