The Talent Acquisition (TA) Team is looking for a dynamic individual to take on an active role supporting programs and providing executive and Finance and Administration support. The incumbent will be exposed to a plethora of projects and work within cross-functional teams to build amazing experiences for candidates, hiring managers and TA team members.

What will you do?

Program Management Support

Support execution and administration of TA programs

Support deployment of TA Technology projects (testing of solutions, input on configuration, coordination of training)

Manage system access and termination of TA members and onboarding of new TA Consultants

Vendor Relationship Management

Support deployment and training for new product features

Conduct business reviews to assess solution effectiveness

Reporting, Finance and Administration

Conduct monthly and adhoc reporting on operational and project key performance indicators

Conduct invoice and Purchase Orders processing and tracking for TA

Track and report TA budget spend and track headcount

What do you need to succeed?

Detail-oriented with excellent time management and strong organizational skills

Strong problem solving and process improvement skills

Strong analytical skills and ability to work with numbers for invoicing purposes

Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint, experience with Outlook and Oracle

Curious and avid mindset constantly looking for opportunities to learn and be part of innovative projects

Strong analytics and excel skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to produce quality work in a collaborative, fast-paced matrixed environment, balancing high production with the delivery of longer-term objectives

Bilingualism (French, English) required for Quebec applicants - interactions with English-speaking customers or partners

Assets, but not mandatory

Experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
