What you’ll do It’s safe to say, there’s no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key accountabilities of the role:

• Working with Talent Acquisition leaders to plan and lead improvement projects. You will participate in the team chartering process and ensure that an adequate plan is developed with established objectives, specific goals, measures and metrics.

• Assist in the documentation and evaluation of processes, best practices and find opportunities for improvement/efficiencies
• Manage multiple concurrent and often complex projects effectively both independently and collaboratively with Global cross-functional partners, including process or experience issues

• Be a subject matter expert within the SAP Success Factors module to ensure operational efficiency.
• Responsible for tools, documentation and support of ATS & CRM

• Analyze data to provide insights and influence TA metrics, while takin into consideration the qualitative variables that may impact business decisions

What you’ll need To begin your career with us, we require the following:

• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in a progressive Talent Acquisition career with a minimum of five (5) years of project management or equivalent experience

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Management preferred; CHRP designation an asset
• Solid project management skills including structured project methodology (i.e. determining needs, researching existing programs, etc.); preparing and maintaining detailed development plans for projects; determining project specifications; understanding and applying principles of project control to launch and manage new initiatives and innovations
• Excellent knowledge with recruitment trends/technologies, staffing/employment practices and social media recruiting trends and tools; experience with ATS, PeopleSoft/Oracle HR experience preferred
