The Opportunity:

Talent Acquisition Lead



We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to take our recruitment function to the next level. This 12-month contract is your opportunity to make an immediate and visible impact on how we attract and engage talent.

What Success Looks Like:



High-quality hires placed efficiently across business areas. Recruitment systems modernized for scalability and consistency. Hiring managers and HR partners equipped with stronger recruitment capability. A clear and authentic employer brand presence in the market. DEI principles embedded in every stage of the recruitment process

What You'll Bring:



Significant recruitment experience (typically 8-10 years, including at least 3 in a senior or lead role). Proven success leading full-cycle recruitment and mentoring others. Expertise with ATS and HR systems, plus a process-improvement mindset. Strong relationship-building and influencing skills. A passion for inclusive hiring and exceptional candidate experiences. HR designation (CPHR, CHRP, CHRL, etc.) preferred. Post-secondary education in HR or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
