We are currently looking for:





Talent Acquisition Specialist



12-month contract




The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle. Acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers, this person identifies top talent and promotes the company's employer brand.

What you'll be doing:





Lead the end-to-end recruitment process

(from needs analysis to hiring) including strategic support to managers, proactive talent sourcing, and the creation of outstanding candidate experience

Act as an ambassador for the employer brand

by representing the company at job fairs, recruitment events, and through partnerships with educational institutions

Collaborate closely with the HR team

to design and implement innovative HR marketing initiatives that enhance the company's attractiveness

Contribute to the implementation of a new integrated HR information system

by providing your expertise in recruitment and user experience

Drive continuous improvement

by optimizing recruitment practices and developing sustainable talent acquisition strategies

Measure the impact of your actions

through close monitoring of key performance indicators and a results-oriented approach

Skills and qualifications:





University degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment, ideally within the high-tech industry Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) Bilingual in French and English. The role will support recruitment efforts for both the Montreal office and our U.S. subsidiary
