The HR team plays an exciting and important role as we continue to scale the Magnet team and the business globally. As a team we care about each other and the employees we serve internally. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be part of the Talent Acquisition team, partnering with our Recruiters on Magnet\xe2\x80\x99s hiring goals. In this role, you will assist candidates as they move through our hiring process by scheduling interviews and assisting with our final stages of the hiring process. What You Will Accomplish

  • Create a positive candidate experience at Magnet by coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews while working closely with our Talent acquisition Partners
  • Support the coordination of our Campus Recruitment Program
  • Participate and organize internal and external events such as Hackathons, Career Fairs, etc.
  • Initiate and track candidate background checks and references
  • Maintain Applicant Tracking System (Lever) by collecting feedback and making sure candidates progress through the process
  • Perform administrative duties as required to support the recruitment team

There are a couple must haves, but we will keep that list short:
  • Prior administrative support experience, preferably supporting a Recruitment Team
  • Unmatched attention to detail, organization and ability to prioritize when given multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems with innovative and creative solutions
  • A self-starter, able to work with general direction and exercise independent judgment
