What You'll Do:
Recruitment Operations Support: Assist in managing the full-cycle recruitment process by coordinating interviews, tracking candidate progress, and ensuring seamless communication between hiring managers and candidates.
Candidate Experience Champion: Serve as a key point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive hiring journey.
Scheduling & Coordination: Own interview scheduling, including coordinating with multiple stakeholders across different time zones to ensure an efficient and organized process.
Job Posting & Sourcing Support: Publish job postings across various platforms, support sourcing initiatives, and assist in screening resumes to identify top talent.
HRIS & ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and support reporting on key hiring metrics.
Process Improvement & Compliance: Identify opportunities to optimize our recruitment processes while ensuring compliance with global hiring policies and regulations.
Collaboration with TA & HR Teams: Work closely with talent acquisition partners, HR partners, and hiring managers to support strategic hiring initiatives and employer branding efforts.
Offer & Onboarding Assistance: Support the preparation of offer letters, background checks, and onboarding documentation to create a smooth transition for new hires.
Who You Are:
You're a strategic thinker with a knack for operational excellence, ready to tackle multiple priorities with agility and grace. If you have:
2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or a related field within a fast-paced, global organization.
You excel at multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and keeping processes running smoothly without missing a beat.
Comfortable using ATS platforms (experience with ADP is a plus) and leveraging data to track and improve recruitment efficiency.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders across various levels.
You proactively identify challenges and find solutions to enhance the recruitment process.
Team Player with a Global Mindset: You enjoy working in an international setting and collaborating with diverse teams to support global hiring initiatives.
