About the Role



We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help build capacity and support developing processes to help scale our business. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing team while making an impact, driving innovation, and developing yourself as a talent acquisition professional.

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate and schedule interviews and recruiter chats with candidates and managers Ensure job requisitions are submitted accurately and aligned with company policies Screen resumes and recommend shortlists for production candidates Conduct initial recruiter chats on as directed basis Coordinate external production staffing firm requests and contractors Manage our referral program and coordinate external hiring events and career fairs Oversee co-op student recruitment and program management Support foundational process development and system implementations (HRIS/ATS) Track and report on recruiting related KPIs Manage the onboarding experience for production employees including pre-hire tasks and paperwork, orientations, processing all first-day documents ensuring a seamless and engaging experience Assist the P&C team with the administrative side of the onboarding process Coordinate with payroll for new production employees Assist with other office management duties as required

Experience and Skills



1 year of recruitment or coordinator experience, preferably in a manufacturing, engineering or technology focused company Experience or interest in leveraging technology to enhance and optimize talent acquisition processes Ability to adapt to dynamic shifting priorities on short notice Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with potential candidates and hiring managers Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to multi-task and execute on multiple projects simultaneously Proficient computer skills (Microsoft 365 and AI) Familiarity with HRIS or ATS platforms

Annual Salary



$50,000 to $60,000 based on experience

Location and Hours



On site 40 hours per week at our South Burnaby office and occasionally at our East Vancouver office Possible hybrid role after 3 months
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
