The To-go Specialist plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by efficiently managing takeout orders in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties

Greet guests warmly and assist them with placing their takeout orders, ensuring all details are accurately captured. Prepare and package food items for takeout, adhering to food safety standards and presentation guidelines. Maintain knowledge of the menu to provide recommendations and answer guest inquiries effectively. Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to process transactions swiftly and accurately. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders while maintaining quality standards. Ensure the takeout area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies throughout shifts. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.

Skills

Strong guest services orientation with a focus on creating positive dining experiences. Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a busy environment. A background in hospitality or hotel experience is a plus. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and quality presentation.
