Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic To-go Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers placing to-go orders, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service will be essential in delivering our high standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their to-go orders, ensuring all requests are accurately taken. Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders. Utilize the POS system efficiently to process orders and payments. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety standards. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette are essential. Ability to provide outstanding customer service and help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Familiarity with food service operations and guest services is a plus. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends, may be required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$27.00 per hour
