What you will do:

Be a visible, professional deterrent lead with customer service and a calm presence. Detect & respond to suspicious activity; prevent loss via proactive patrols and observation. Manage access control (IDs, passes); prevent tailgating/piggybacking. Conduct regular foot patrols and targeted checks of high-risk areas. Enforce the Trespass to Property Act (Ontario), the Criminal Code of Canada, and site rules. Respond to alarms/incidents per post orders; secure premises. Produce clear, timely incident and daily reports in our online systems. Maintain professional appearance and deportment at all times.

What you bring:

High personal integrity and excellent communication (written & verbal). Customer-service mindset with confident, respectful enforcement. Strong situational awareness, multitasking, and problem-solving.

Education / Experience:

Prior security experience (residential, retail, mobile, events). First Aid/CPR (Level C), Use of Force/Handcuffing, or related training. Police Foundations / Law & Security studies (completed or in progress). Ontario G driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
