Tactical Protection Solutions Ltd. is a professional and growing security company dedicated to ensuring the safety and peace of mind of our clients. We specialize in residential, commercial, and mobile patrol security services, with a focus on professionalism, integrity, and reliability.

We are currently hiring motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented Security Guards to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas (interior and exterior).

Monitor CCTV systems and access points.

Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.

Complete detailed and accurate incident reports.

Enforce property rules and maintain a safe environment for tenants, visitors, and staff.

Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.

Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and law enforcement when required.

Requirements

Valid Alberta Security License (mandatory).

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of security experience preferred.

Excellent communication and observation skills.

Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.

Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible with shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays).

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
