---------Assign IT projects to systems analysts, programmers and other computer technicians Coordinate IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services Supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians and other personnel Train staff Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines Manage incidents
