Willingdon Church is looking for a Systems and Logistics manager with experience with IT, Databases and B2C applications with a strong background in management. This individual with be gifted with administration and have experience in project planning/management. The Systems and Logistics Manager will report to the Executive Director and be responsible for initiating, building, overseeing and maintaining a variety of projects for the furtherance of ministry at Willingdon Church.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Department and project budgets
• Oversee the church database system (Planning Center)
• Administrating and integrating multiple applications to achieve ministry goals in a cost-effective manner
• Researching and implementing new technology, systems or applications
• Championing and training staff members on new systems and policies
• Managing staff members and working collaboratively with contractors
• Overseeing contracts, maintenance and service levels for physical office equipment
• Overseeing and coordinating IT services

Skills and Experiences:

• Experience in database design or product development
• Experience in project management (Both Agile and Waterfall)
• Experience working with large databases and/or data analysis
  • Planning Center editor/administrator experience would be an asset
• Excellent attention to detail and logical problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Passion for organizational efficiency and congregant experience
• Ability to work with a team and under the direction of leadership
