We are currently seeking a System & Database Administrator to join our team. We are open to considering applications across Canada.


As our Systems & Database Administrator, you'll be the go-to expert ensuring our IT environment runs securely, reliably, and efficiently. You'll manage servers, databases, and cloud platforms while strengthening our cybersecurity posture and supporting business growth.

What you'll be doing:



Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers and virtualization platforms Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and Intune environments Design, implement, and manage SQL/MySQL databases (on-premises and cloud) Monitor performance, optimize queries, and maintain strong backup/disaster recovery processes Safeguard systems and data through proactive cybersecurity measures and compliance with privacy regulations Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and manage incident response Administer user access with role-based controls and auditing Collaborate with IT, operations, and data teams to support digital transformation initiatives

What you bring:



A degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (certifications like Azure, Security+, ITIL, CISSP are a plus) 5+ years of experience in systems administration and database management Hands-on expertise with SQL/MySQL, database performance, and security Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Intune, and Windows Server Proven track record implementing cybersecurity tools and frameworks Solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve complex technical challenges Clear communicator who can collaborate across teams and document effectively Organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Bonus: experience in healthcare, regulated industries, or eCommerce
