YOUR MISSION


Cirque du Soleil Group is looking for a passionate Systems and Network Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for the proper functioning of the IT network infrastructure and cloud services, primarily based on Microsoft Azure with on-site infrastructure using Cisco, Meraki, and Microsoft.





Responsibilities:





Technical Support

: Provide technical support for all incidents, service disruptions, and alerts related to the network/server infrastructure.


Optimal Functioning

: Ensure the optimal functioning of network components (physical and virtual).


Improvements and Upgrades

: Recommend, plan, and execute improvements, upgrades, and repairs.


Interventions

: Organize interventions related to software and hardware upgrades.


Problem Escalation

: Escalate complex issues to suppliers and other necessary resources.


Failure Prevention

: Anticipate problems and coordinate activities to prevent or resolve failures.


Service Requests

: Create service requests for additions, moves, changes, and deletions (MACD).


Upgrades and Optimization

: Ensure the upgrade, optimization, migration, and decommissioning of systems.


Technical Recommendations

: Provide technical recommendations on software and equipment installation.


Documentation

: Write and maintain up-to-date procedural and operational documents.


Deployment Validation

: Ensure deployments meet requirements and correspond to the design.


As-Built Documentation

: Produce and maintain "as-built" documentation of deployments.


Inventory Management

: Keep the inventory of network infrastructure elements (CI/CMDB) up to date.


Technological Watch

: Participate in technological watch and stay informed of new practices and news.


On-Call Service

: Participate in 24/7 on-call service rotation (availability shifts).


Availability

: Be available as needed to perform tasks in the evening and on weekends.




YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE

Academic Qualifications and Experience:


DEC in Computer Science or equivalent. Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.


Technical Skills:


In-depth knowledge of the following technologies and concepts: Active Directory Firewall (Fortinet / Meraki) IPSec SSL VPN Routing (BGP) and Switching Load Balancing Azure VM, Vnets, EntraID Cisco (WLC 9800, NexusOS, IOS) Meraki (MX, MS, MR) NPS Radius Veeam Hyper-V Windows Server HPe/Dell Server Hardware


Additional Skills:


Practical experience with a scripting language such as PowerShell. Configuration of Cisco and Meraki switches. Knowledge of advanced network security practices. Knowledge of the following technologies: DHCP DNS Azure Application Gateways EntraID Connect Microsoft SQL Server


Certifications:


Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet certifications (highly desired).


Language Skills:


Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.


Interpersonal Skills:


Excellent customer service. Good interpersonal skills and communication abilities.


Recommended Additional Skills:


Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud). Experience with configuration management tools. Knowledge of advanced network security practices. Knowledge of Sun Solaris. Knowledge of MySQL.
