The Reconciliation and Cash Management development team is driven to provide data clarity to our users. We work closely with our business users and our support team to review data insights and performance improvements. Our core application is currently undergoing an upgrade for which there\'s an opportunity to learn more about system architecture and security. On the horizon are numerous exciting opportunities to integrate with our inhouse systems to fill gaps with the current Vendor product and round out the system to be more holistic. We are aiming to become more than just a simple reconciliations tool but to be a data discovery and transparency tool to provide actionable insights to our users.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years IT Industry (Banking/Financial) experience in a technical role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must work well with a team and take ownership of assignments
• Must be client-focused and able to effectively elicit requirements
• Must understand ITIL fundamentals
• Must be thorough with problem analysis and have excellent troubleshooting skills
• Must be familiar with SDLC and STLC (Agile Scrum, Waterfall) methodologies

Technical:

• Operating Systems: Windows, Linux
• Cloud Platforms: Azure/VMware fundamentals
• Databases: Microsoft SQL
• Data Formats: Json, XML
• Integration Types: REST APIs, MQ, Web Services, SFTP
• Other: Standard Architectural Concepts/Patterns, OAuth, TLS, Certificate Usage, General Networking
• General Software: Confluence, Jira, Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, Bitbucket/Git

About This Role

We are looking for someone armed with a strong tool-kit to develop and maintain technical solutions that adhere to engineering and architectural design principles while meeting business requirements. You\'ll also provide technical expertise with a focus on efficiency, reliability, scalability, and security. This mandate includes planning, evaluating, recommending, designing, operationalizing, and supporting solutions in compliance with enterprise and industry standards. Meaningful work is fueled by meaningful performance and career development conversations with your manager. Here\'s some of what you may be asked to perform:

• Assisting with requirements, design, planning, and estimation of new integration requirements between a diverse set of systems ranging from mainframe to cloud based services.
• Coordinating, performing, and validating the implementation of integration changes between vendor and on-premise systems
• Assisting vendors and internal teams with tasks related to integration
• Supporting an on-call 3rd level rotation schedule for production environments
• Apply your deep technology expertise to ensure all TD areas that touch various technologies have the necessary tools, processes and documentation to operate effectively.
• Execute on TD Technology\'s engineering strategy as it relates to the introduction of tools and the automation of build, test, release and configure across application, platform and infrastructure.
• Partner with Operations to automatically integrate with appropriate tools and processes as part of automated/self-serve application, platform or Infrastructure releases.
• Apply an in-depth understanding of relevant business needs and work with technology partners to identify and leverage synergies across the various areas.
• Challenge yourself as an expert, lead innovator and change agent for the programs and services under management.
