Position Scope
BFI is looking for several Ground Workers to join our MSP Projects in Fort McMurray, AB
Site: Syncrude Mildred Lake
Project: Various Projects
Hourly Rate: $24.90
Incentive: $75.00 per day worked
Shift schedule: 7 days, 7 nights, 7 off or 14 days/7 off or 10/4
Accomodations: Camp provided
Transportation: Bussing provided from Fort McMurray to site daily
Experience Required: Oilsands experience preferred but not required
Additional Comments:
- Successful candidates will be required to join the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 955

- CSTS-09 or CSTS 2020
- WHMIS 2015
- Wildlife/Bear Awareness
- Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
- Ground Disturbance 101 (Level 1)
- Valid class 5 Driver's License
- Drivers abstract - must be a minimum of 3 years and within 30 days
- Other certification may be required based on site requirements
- Be proficient in English, both verbally and written
- Undergo and successfully pass the following testing:
- Breath Alcohol Test
- Urine Drug Test
