Swim Teacher - Water Babies

Location: Various North York Locations in North York and Midtown
Job Type: Part-Time
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + training provided

Water Babies is a leading baby and toddler swim school that helps little ones build water confidence, safety, and early swimming skills through fun, structured, and nurturing lessons. We focus on connection, growth, and creating a positive experience for every family in the pool.

Position Summary:
We're looking for a passionate, reliable, and caring individual to join our teaching team! As a Swim Teacher, you'll guide parents and children (ages 0-5) through our structured swim program. No prior teaching experience is required -- we provide full in-water training and certification.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging swim lessons following the Water Babies curriculum.
- Build positive relationships with children and their caregivers.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive pool environment.
- Ensure health and safety standards are followed at all times.
- Communicate effectively with families and team members.

Qualifications:
- Must be comfortable and confident in the water.
- Previous experience working with children (preferred, but not required).
- CPR and Standard First Aid certification (required).
- Lifeguard certification (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, patient, and eager to learn.
