Job Description

We are looking for a strategic thinker with demonstrated success in creating and executing corporate environmental sustainability programs to join our team as a sustainability project manager. This individual must have a passion about implementing sustainable projects and to pursue initiatives to reduce environmental impacts. The successful candidate will guide InterRent\'s Energy Management and Sustainability efforts, they will plan, manage, and work with cross-functional teams across the company.

Job Responsibilities

• Supply technical expertise on prime sustainability projects in support of InterRent\xe2\x80\x99s commitments and objectives.
• In collaboration with various internal teams, develop, lead or support the implementation of sustainability projects and strategies.
• Manage and maintain regular updates on sustainability initiatives.
• Track project progress and outputs.
• Lead, educate and train on Sustainability subjects and programs
• Act as InterRent\xe2\x80\x99s representative on sustainability committees and working parties
• Keep abreast on guidelines and sustainability best practices and innovative initiatives for potential deployment within InterRent.
• Work with ESG raters to understand their rating methodologies and scoring. Perform analysis of company\xe2\x80\x99s ESG scores across key raters and highlight opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate information gathering from multiple internal stakeholders to provide timely completion of ESG/Sustainability-related surveys.

Qualifications

• University degree ideally at master\xe2\x80\x99s level in Sustainability and/or related field of studies.
• Experienced in deploying successful sustainability projects.
• Capacity and competency in communicating complex issues in simple terms, focusing on business essentials.
• Excellent verbal and written skills with the capacity to interact and communicate efficiently at various organizational levels.
• Forward thinking, strong ability to drive projects.
• Can work without direct influence, zealous and motivated.
• Sound competency working with MS Project and similar software.
