We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Helper to join our dynamic team in the food service industry. Duties

Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients for meals. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Support cooks and kitchen staff during meal preparation and service periods. Handle food items safely and efficiently, adhering to proper food handling guidelines. Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Participate in cleaning duties post-service to maintain a hygienic work environment. Follow instructions from chefs and kitchen supervisors to ensure high-quality meal preparation.

Skills

Knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills is preferred. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations within the food industry. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively. Willingness to learn new skills related to meal preparation and kitchen operations. Experience in a restaurant or food service setting is a plus but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
