Duties
Prepare and present sushi dishes with precision and artistry, ensuring high standards of quality and taste.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations at all times.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role within the food industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
Proficiency in various cooking techniques, particularly related to sushi preparation.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
