Reporting to the Director of Surveillance and Gaming Compliance, the Surveillance Manager will play a major role in the operations of the Surveillance Department. The successful candidate will have several responsibilities to ensure operational and employee needs/requirements are met. The position requires a high level of accountability, individual responsibility, and collaboration.

Participate in sensitive investigations, team development and game performance reporting
Participate in game protection tasks and related duties
Complete investigative reports and required documents
Responsible for people management tasks
Requirements
Must be able to pass a criminal background check (licensing requirement)
Excellent verbal and written English; report writing skills are essential
Maintain a high level of integrity and be able to hold an AGLC license
Excellent leadership ability and experience; may require some public speaking
Above average communication skills
Possess average to above average computer skills
Casino and table games protection experience an asset
Has good to excellent mathematical skill
Minimum 4 years in a related position and a minimum of 1 year in a Supervisory/Management role.
The position will require the ability to respond to site quickly in emergencies and may require the candidate to work variable hours, evenings, and weekends.
