Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:-Data entry related to contracts/jobs/treatment setups and product sales into our CRM software
-Organizing & reporting data
-Upload and file copies of contracts for new customers
-Customer account maintenance. Contact updates, changes to billing, PO\'s, etc
-Process and apply credit memos as required.
-Accept and process payments as required, including credit cards
-Communicate with Technicians re-scheduling
-Various office duties including but not limited to opening mail, scanning, and mailing invoicesQualifications
