Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are seeking a Support Services Administrator / Scheduler to join our team at Old Island Pest Control on Vancouver Island. Responsibilities:



Answer Calls from Customers: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing customer concerns professionally and courteously. Collect Payment from Customers: Ensure accurate payment collection and processing for services rendered. Schedule Job Work on Technicians' Schedules: Efficiently assign and coordinate technician appointments and service calls to optimize scheduling. Manage Schedules for Mobile Technicians Across Vancouver Island: Oversee and maintain schedules for our mobile technicians, ensuring efficient routing and on-time service delivery. Data Entry: Accurately input data related to contracts, jobs, and treatment setups into our system. Maintain organized and up-to-date records. Organizing & Reporting Data: Compile and prepare reports based on collected data, providing insights for decision-making. Various Office Duties: Perform miscellaneous office tasks, including opening mail, scanning documents, coding accounts payable, and mailing invoices. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a seamless workflow and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:



High School Diploma or GED: Basic educational requirement. Proficiency with Office Software: Demonstrated ability to use standard office software for data entry and reporting. Multitasking and Organization: Strong ability to multitask and effectively prioritize work to meet deadlines consistently. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members.

Experience:

Prior experience in a similar administrative, scheduling, or routing role is preferred but not required.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Time Management: Effective time management skills to manage schedules efficiently. Background Screen: Must pass pre-employment background screening.

Job Type: Full-time
