Responsabilites



Supporter la preparation des commandes aux points de vente en aidant la personne dediee a ce poste a expedier tous les items des commandes. Accueillir les visiteurs occasionnels et gerer les appels telephoniques de clients. Faire de la rentree de donnees et mise a jour des donnees sur Excel (connaissante de Microsoft Excel est requise). Preparer les communications aux differentes equipes aux points de vente. Traiter et classer les documents entrants Effectuer les commandes avec les fournisseurs

Formation en administration ou experience equivalente Maitrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, Outlook) Capacite a gerer plusieurs taches simultanement Excellentes competences en communication ecrite et orale (en anglais et en francais, requis) Bon sens de l'organisation

Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for the position of "Office and Logistics Support". This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within our office and logistical processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be customer-focused, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities



Support order preparation at points of sale by assisting the designated person in shipping all ordered items. Greet occasional visitors and handle customer phone calls. Enter and update data in Excel (proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required). Prepare communications for the various point-of-sale teams. Process and file incoming documents. Place orders with suppliers.

Qualifications



Administrative training or equivalent experience Proficiency with office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent written and oral communication skills (in English and French, required) Good organizational skills
