We're looking for a Supply Chain & Operations Manager who is an experienced professional to lead our day-to-day operations with strong optimization and cost reduction focus across online B2B and B2C channels. Striving to deliver innovative and industry leading solutions in logistics, inventory management, procurement, and customer service.
Responsibilities
Logistics & Supply Chain
Lead global inbound and outbound logistics across Canada, the U.S., and international partners
Manage relationships with 3PL warehouses, freight forwarders, and carriers
Oversee shipping, customs, duties, and compliance requirements
Optimize freight costs, transit times, and delivery performance
Develop and maintain logistics SOPs and contingency plans
Procurement Management
Own the procurement process for finished goods and operational supplies
Manage supplier relationships, pricing negotiations, and lead times
Work closely with Product and Finance on purchase planning and costing
Ensure purchase orders align with forecasts, budgets, and inventory plans
Monitor together with Product, supplier performance, quality, and on-time delivery
Inventory Management
Own inventory planning, demand planning and forecasting processes utilizing tools such as MRP and StockIQ , and replenishment across all channels
Ensure healthy stock levels while minimizing overstock and stockouts
Oversee inventory accuracy across warehouses and systems
Lead reconciliations, and aging inventory strategies
Support product launches and seasonal demand planning
Customer Service Operations
Oversee customer service workflows, returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges
Manage outsourced partner and ensure the SLAs are being met
Improve processes to reduce response times, errors, and costs
Partner with marketing and sales to support the customer experience
Budgeting & Forecasting
Build and manage annual operations budgets
Track and forecast logistics, fulfillment, and operating costs
Report on key performance indicators including freight, fulfillment cost per order, inventory turns, and service levels
Systems & Process Optimization
Oversee key operational systems including ERP, 3PL integrations
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and scalability
Drive data-driven decision making across all operational functions
Experience
Degree in Business Administration/ Supply Chain Management/ Logistics
3+ years of experience in Supply Chain or related position
Experience in leading teams
Experience working in logistics and transportation across international borders
Experience in inventory forecast and management
Experience in procurement, budget management, and customer service
Experience working within an ERP system (Experience with NetSuite is an asset)
Advanced working knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office with specific strength in Excel

Pay: $65,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
