We're expanding fast and looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and hands-on Supply Chain & Operations Manager to join our team. This isn't a corporate cubicle job; it's a dynamic, creative role where you'll get to shape how our products move from concept to customer and help scale an exciting brand that's making a real impact.

What You'll Do

You'll work directly with the founder and play a key part in how Vibrant runs behind the scenes, from ingredients and packaging to production and shipping. Your days will be a mix of planning, problem-solving, and optimizing how everything flows.

Here's a snapshot of what you'll handle:

Forecast inventory and keep stock levels balanced across Amazon, DTC, and retail channels Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to keep production timelines on track Source new ingredients and packaging Manage the warehouse & shipments in/out Spot potential supply chain issues early and find creative solutions Keep operations running smoothly

Who You Are

We're looking for someone who's motivated, curious, and genuinely excited about wellness and entrepreneurship. You might have experience already or you might be newer and eager to learn fast.

You'll fit right in if you:

Love solving problems and making things more efficient Are organized but flexible. You get stuff done even when plans change Enjoy variety, no two days are the same here Communicate clearly and professionally Have a positive, can-do attitude and want to grow with a small but mighty team
Bonus points if you:

Have experience with Amazon FBA, 3PLs, or supply chain software Know your way around spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) Have worked in supplements, CPG, or e-commerce before Aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed Previous experience in supply chain / operations
