Job Description

Reporting to the Supply Chain Compliance Manager, the successful candidate must thrive in a fast paced, ever changing environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism, accuracy and detail. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a "can do" attitude. Responsible for minimizing financial risk by correcting invoicing and warehousing errors to ensure invoices are accurate and customer claims are validated quickly.



Resolve invoice discrepancies & take corrective action Customer Claim investigation for validity & resolution Perform ad hoc analysis, reporting and failure investigation Continuous improvement activities Review & maintain vendor policies to ensure compliance Work cross functionally across departments to ensure projects are being prioritized and completed on time

College/University certificate or equivalent experience in Supply Chain and Finance Positive Attitude Ability to work under pressure Good communication and listening skills Ability to multi-task and manage time appropriately Critical thinker - Problem solver - Find a better way High Attention to detail Team player Proficient with data (Excel etc.) French would be considered as an asset
