WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE



Foster the relationship with the customer.

Build trust in order to develop a strong understanding of the assigned customers' needs, behaviours and expectations to provide relevant quantitative and qualitative insights to the business

Demonstrate exceptional operational skills.

Provide oversight to the Order to Cash process for your customers, delivering core KPIs of availability, on time, cost per tonnne. Manage day to day Customer Pick Up (CPU) performance and adherence to aligned policies. Assist in analytics for rate negotiations. Support period end reporting and activities to deliver growth targets.

Ruthless pursuit of Efficiency (call out Cost to Serve).

Spearhead customer-focused projects aimed at enhancing efficiencies. By using our Cost to Serve tool and other data inputs, evaluate opportunities in Order Patterns and Profiles, Logistics and Reverse Logistics, and supply chain claims.

Embrace a data-driven mindset

. Actively engage with technology and data to provide critical customer insights, generating win-win scenarios with focus on customer inventory management, innovation and transition execution, and forecast accuracy. Focus on automation solutions to efficiently manage large data sets.

Be a collaborator:

Work closely with CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment), Planning, Logistics, Customer Business Development and other internal stakeholders to identify gaps in order execution, critical stock availability, SKU transitions, and promotional & seasonal event executions.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED



Experiences & Qualifications



Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods Customer Service, Logistics, or Supply Chain Evidence of experience in developing and managing a collaborative agenda (CPFR) and experience in the Order to Cash process preferred. Experience in working with retail replenishment systems (GRS, JDA, SAP) Demonstrated strong business acumen pertaining to Supply Chain and Sales

skills, both oral and written, to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders. Strong

interpersonal

skills, evidenced by a positive solution oriented attitude and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with customers and cross functional teams. Advanced

data literacy and automation

ability. Proficient in data visualization tools (such as Tableau or Power BI), advanced Excel skills, experience with SQL for database querying, familiarity with data analytics platforms (such as SAS or R), expertise in Microsoft Power Suite tools (including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Virtual Agents), and knowledge of cloud computing platforms (such as Azure or AWS). Ability to generate

analytics

and derive insights from large data sets, combined with operational knowledge and a strong

business acumen

, to easily identify inefficiencies and make recommendations for winning solutions.
