We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Supplement Advisor to join our retail team. This role involves providing expert guidance on health and wellness products, assisting customers with their needs, and promoting our product offerings. Bilingual abilities and experience in retail sales or technical sales are highly valued. Duties

Greet customers warmly and determine their health supplement needs through active listening and consultation Conduct product demonstrations to showcase supplement features and benefits Assist customers with selecting appropriate products based on their health goals and preferences Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products neatly on shelves and displays Provide detailed information about product ingredients, usage instructions, and benefits Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and promotional campaigns to effectively communicate with customers

Skills

Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities Bilingual proficiency (English required; additional languages are a plus) for serving diverse customer bases Experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technical sales preferred Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers effectively Basic math skills for cash handling and POS operations Excellent organizational skills to manage time efficiently during busy periods Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor Sales acumen with the ability to upsell products tactfully Knowledge of health supplements or wellness products is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
