Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their health goals and recommend suitable supplement options. Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits, ingredients, and proper usage of various supplements. Maintain an organized and attractive merchandise display that highlights featured products and promotes sales. Assist with stocking shelves, inventory management, and ensuring products are well-presented and fully stocked at all times. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and balancing cash drawers. Upsell complementary products by identifying customer needs and suggesting additional items that enhance their wellness journey. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products, store policies, and health concerns with clear communication and positive attitude. Support team members with supervising tasks when needed, ensuring a smooth shopping experience for all customers. Participate in product training sessions to stay current on new supplement offerings and industry trends. Maintain adherence to store policies regarding POS (Point of Sale) systems, merchandising standards, and safety procedures.

Requirements

Previous retail sales experience preferred; experience in health/wellness retail is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex product information clearly and confidently. Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, cashiering, and basic math skills for transactions. Experience in merchandising, stocking, and maintaining attractive product displays. Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally over the phone. Supervising experience is advantageous for supporting team operations during busy periods.
