Our post-secondary education client is seeking Payroll & Accounts Payable Supervisor for a six-month term. In this role you will assume responsibility for accounts payable and payroll and will provide subject matter guidance to internal and external stakeholders.

The Payroll & Accounts Payable Supervisor's duties will include:

A Supervising staff in the processing of payroll;

A Assisting the Payroll Manager with payroll-related issues

A Supervising staff in the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices

A Working closely with the Workday Support Team

A Ensuring suppliers are paid according to credit terms;

A Other duties as required

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:]

A Post-secondary education in a relevant field

A PCP certification

A Working knowledge of Workday

A Experience with Accounts Payable a strong asset

A Excellent communication skills, written and spoken

A A minimum of five years of experience in a similar role
