Relevant directement du Chef de marque Cafe Depot, le(la) Superviseur(e) de marque est responsable d'effectuer une grande variete de taches administratives et de coordonner la mise en oeuvre et la communication aupres des franchises.

Responsabilites et taches :



Fournir un soutien administratif a l'equipe et au Chef de marque Coordonner les communications avec les franchises (ajustements, promotions, etc.) par courriels et messages textes Gerer et accompagner les franchises sous votre supervision Assurer la communication quotidienne entre les divers departements Mettre a jour les differents documents operationnels, y compris les manuels d'employes et les mises a jour des menus sur le systeme de point de vente (POS) Effectuer diverses taches administratives telle que la gestion des donnees liees aux promotions, aux couts des aliments et a l'analyse des ventes Accomplir toute autre tache connexe a la demande de la direction

Qualifications et exigences :



Diplome en bureautique ou toute autre formation pertinente a la coordination du travail de bureau Minimum de 2 ans d'experience en coordination et/ou en tant qu'adjoint de direction Experience en operations ou dans le domaine de la restauration (un atout) Excellent sens du service a la clientele (a l'interne et a l'externe) Excellentes competences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles Capacite a bien performer en equipe Maitrise de la Suite Office, notamment Excel Enthousiasme, discretion et attitude positive professionnelle Grand souci du detail, sens de l'organisation, excellentes competences en gestion des priorites et en communication Autonomie, polyvalence, ?exibilite et capacite d'adaptation au changement Bilingue (francais, anglais) et facilite pour la traduction de documents

Brand Supervisor - Cafe Depot

Reporting directly to the Cafe Depot V.P. and Director of OPS, the Brand Supervisor is responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative tasks and coordinating implementation and communication with franchisees.

Responsibilities & Duties:



Provide administrative support to the team and the Vice-President Coordinate communications with franchisees (adjustments, promotions, etc.) via emails and text messages Manage and support franchisees under your supervision Coordinate daily communication between various departments Maintain up-to-date various operations documents, including operational manuals and POS menu updates Perform various administrative tasks such as managing data from promotions, food costs, sales analysis Perform any other related tasks as requested by management

Qualifications and Requirements:



Diploma in office administration or any relevant training in office coordination Minimum of 2 years' experience as a coordinator and/or executive assistant Experience in operations or the restaurant industry (an asset) Excellent customer service skills (internal and external) Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to perform well in a team Excellent command of the office Suite, especially Excel Demonstrates enthusiasm, discretion and a positive professional attitude Strong attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, and effective priority management Resourcefulness, versatility, ?exibility and ability to adapt to change Bilingual (French, English) and comfortable translating documents
