Role principal :
Le ou la superviseur(e) de l'equipe de service a la clientele est responsable de la coordination, du soutien et du bon deroulement des operations liees a l'accueil, la securite, et l'experience des spectateurs lors des evenements. Il ou elle assure egalement la supervision du personnel sur appel et collabore etroitement avec les autres services du site.
Taches et responsabilites principales :
Planification et coordination du personnel :
Assigner les taches aux employes selon les besoins des evenements
Supervision sur le terrain :
Etre present avant, pendant et apres les evenements pour encadrer l'equipe en place
Offrir un soutien direct aux employes dans l'execution de leurs taches
Reagir rapidement aux imprevus et resoudre les situations problematiques
Encadrement et formation :
Former les nouveaux employes sur les procedures, les attentes en matiere de service a la clientele et les consignes de securite
Assurer un suivi de la qualite du service offert et offrir une retroaction constructive
Coordination interservices :
Collaborer avec les equipes de securite, de billetterie et des operations pour assurer un deroulement fluide
Participer aux reunions de planification logistique au besoin
Gestion administrative :
Remplir des rapports d'evenement, consigner les incidents ou problemes survenus
Profil recherche :
Experience en supervision d'equipe ou en coordination d'evenements (atout)
Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en gestion du personnel
Sens de l'organisation, autonomie et capacite a gerer plusieurs taches a la fois
Souci du service a la clientele et approche professionnelle en tout temps
Bonne gestion du stress et capacite a reagir rapidement aux imprevus
Disponibilite les soirs, fins de semaine et jours feries
Bilinguisme (francais / anglais) un atout important

Main Role:
The Customer Service Team Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, supporting, and ensuring smooth operations related to guest services, security, and spectator experience during events. They also supervise on-call staff and work closely with other site departments.
Key Responsibilities:Staff Planning and Coordination:
Assign tasks to employees based on event needs
On-site Supervision:
Be present before, during, and after events to supervise the team
Provide direct support to employees in carrying out their duties
React quickly to unforeseen situations and resolve issues
Training and Coaching:
Train new employees on procedures, customer service expectations, and safety guidelines
Monitor service quality and provide constructive feedback
Interdepartmental Coordination:
Collaborate with security, ticketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
Participate in logistical planning meetings as needed
Administrative Management:
Complete event reports and document any incidents or issues that occurred
Desired Profile:
Experience in team supervision or event coordination (asset)
Excellent communication and staff management skills
Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to multitask
Customer service-oriented with a consistently professional approach
Good stress management and ability to respond quickly to unexpected situations
Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays
Bilingualism (French / English) is a strong asset
