40 HEURES/SEMAINE, HORAIRE A DISCUTER (40 heures entre lundi-dimanche). Doit etre disponible chaque soir et jour de la semaine.

Double Pizza est a la recherche d'un(e) Superviseur pour notre centre d'appel, pour temps plein, pour le shift de nuit et/ou jour. Vous travaillerais a notre bureau, situe a 1955 Ch. de la Cote de Liesse, Saint-Laurent, QC. Vous superviserez notre centre d'appel, prenez les appels du service a la clientele, modifiez et confirmer les commandes.

Les taches:



-Repondre aux appels de service a la clientele

-Modifiez les commandes

-Supervisez les agents de centre d'appel

-Prendre des commandes de bouffe

-Confirmez les commandes

-Mettre les commandes dans le systeme

-Parler avec les clients poliment et professionnellement

-4-5 shifts/semaine de environ

-travail au bureau mandatoir (pas teletravail)

-residents de Montreal seulement

Exigences:



-BILINGUE MANDATOIRE: Anglais et Francais (notez que la plupart des clients parlent Francais)

-6 mois d'experience dans un centre d'appel, 6 mois d'experience manageriale

-Competences du service a la client

-Attention au detail

-Fiabilite

- Les agents travailleront a notre bureau, PAS DE TELETRAVAIL

Double Pizza is looking for a Supervisor at our call centre, for full time hours, and night shifts. You would work at our office, located at 1955 Ch. de la Cote de Liesse, Saint-Laurent, QC. You would be supervising the call centre, taking customer service calls, modifying and confirming orders.

40 hours per week, schedule to discuss but must be available Monday-Sunday day and night.

Tasks:



-Answering phone calls

-Supervising the call centre

-Modifying orders

-Taking food orders

-Confirming orders

-Punching orders into the system

-Talking with customers politely and professionally

-4-5 shifts/week

-Working at our office in St. Laurent (no remote work)

Requirements:



-MUST speak both English and French (note that most customers speak French)

-Customer service skills

-Experience as a supervisor

-6 months of experience in a call centre, 6 months managerial experience

-Attention to detail

-Reliability

-must live in Montreal
