We are seeking a Supervised-Lead ABA Therapist to join our collaborative and supportive team. This position plays a key role in ensuring high-quality programming and training across client services. The Supervised-Lead ABA Therapist will work closely with Registered Behaviour Analysts to support clinical implementation and staff development.
Key Responsibilities
Program Support & Oversight
Assist RBAs in setting up and organizing client programs in alignment with treatment goals.
Review data collection systems and provide feedback to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Monitor program fidelity and escalate concerns to Registered Behaviour Analysts as appropriate.
Material Preparation
Create, organize, and maintain program materials tailored to individual client goals.
Ensure all materials are developmentally appropriate, functional, and engaging.
Staff Support & Training
Provide in-the-moment coaching and modeling to new and current Supervised-ABA Therapists and Supervised-Junior ABA-Therapist
Assist with onboarding and orientation of new team members.
Support the delivery of training sessions on ABA principles, data collection, and client protocols.
Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate with Registered Behaviour Analysts to ensure clinical priorities are being met across cases.
Maintain open and professional communication with all team members and families.
Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions around client progress and staff performance.
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Behavioural Science, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years direct experience providing ABA therapy.
Experience in a leadership, mentoring, or training role strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of ABA principles, data collection, and program implementation.
Familiarity with Jane.app and Motivity an asset
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Valid CPR/First Aid and current vulnerable sector screening.
We are currently seeking one part time staff to fill the role of the Supervised Lead ABA Therapist. This role will require evening and weekend shifts each week. Applicants should be prepared to work at least one evening shift per week (until 8pm) and at least one weekend shift per weekend (8:45am-4:45pm) every week. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and a passion for ABA Therapy. They are available evenings and weekends and desire a leadership opportunity within the field of ABA Therapy. This part-time opportunity could build to a full time role for the right candidate.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
