Job Summary: As an ABA Therapist, you will work with individuals, particularly children, diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques to help clients improve social skills, communication, and behavior management. Responsibilities: - Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients to implement individualized ABA treatment plans - Utilize positive reinforcement and behavior modification strategies to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment goals - Maintain detailed records of client progress through data collection, analysis and observation notes - Provide feedback and support to families on implementing ABA strategies in the home environment - Stay current on best practices in ABA therapy through ongoing training and professional development Skills: - Proficiency in data collection and analysis techniques - Previous experience working in an ABA clinical setting If you are looking to advance your career as an ABA Therapist and contribute to the well-being of clients through evidence-based interventions, we encourage you to apply.
