In this key role, you will be responsible for assisting in advising customers of service needs, drafting repair orders, scheduling service appointments, estimating, and above all, delivering outstanding customer service. Grand Touring Automobiles features the most exclusive brands and we strive to offer the most exclusive service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the role, not necessarily with our brands, be familiar with CDK (Formally ADP) software and be customer service focused at all times. Past experience in super luxury customer service would be a great asset. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and organized team player with effective communications skills and a background or experience in the automotive industry.
