We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Service Team for a 2-year term. Working directly with internal and external customers the Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for supporting Loewen dealers and homeowners while supporting the goals established by the Customer Service Team.

In this role, you will:

• Provide an excellent customer service experience to customers throughout North America and abroad
• Support dealers, contractors & homeowners with professional after sales service in a premium market setting
• Resolve customer issues
• Assist in the identification of parts/procedures necessary to resolve customer issues
• Review, negotiate and approve/deny warranty claims
• Process and escalate warranty claims and credit requests based on customer needs
• Communicate professionally with internal and external customers

• Excellent customer focused experience in a fast-paced environment
• Incredibly personable, with extraordinary customer service skills
• Proven ability to problem solve
• Detail-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills, with a proficiency in Microsoft Office
