Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our legal team. This position offers an invaluable opportunity for law students to gain practical experience in a dynamic legal environment. You will assist in various legal tasks, work closely with experienced attorneys, and contribute to meaningful projects that support our clients and the firm.

Duties

Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues relevant to ongoing cases. Draft legal documents, including memos, briefs, and pleadings. Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings. Review and summarize case files and discovery materials. Attend client meetings and court proceedings as required. Collaborate with team members on case strategy and development. Maintain organized records of research findings and case documentation.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in an accredited law school with completion of at least one year of study. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) is preferred but not required. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential. A commitment to professionalism and ethical standards in all aspects of work.
