Reporting to the Program Manager, the successful candidate will provide client-centered counseling services through both referrals and self-referrals. This includes delivering individual, family, and group therapy guided by collaborative service plans. Responsibilities also include conducting intakes and assessments, maintaining accurate records, preparing client and service reports, and addressing client concerns. The therapist will actively participate in internal and external meetings to support coordinated service delivery and community development, while continuously enhancing their professional expertise through ongoing learning and development.

The successful candidate will also exhibit professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and a strong commitment to confidentiality. They will be flexible, self-motivated, and effective as both an independent practitioner and a team member. Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and support program development through the creation of relevant resources within a solution-focused framework.
