Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Educator to join our team as e substitute for 4 weeks committed to fostering a positive learning environment for children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, experience working with young children, and a strong understanding of early childhood education. This role involves engaging with children of diverse needs, including those with disabilities, to support their developmental and educational growth. The Educator will play a vital role in creating an inclusive, nurturing space where children can thrive academically and socially.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards and individual needs Foster a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment conducive to learning and development Assist in organizing classroom activities, routines, and special events Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times Cleaning and sanitizing to improve the environment for children. Providing diaper care to maintain children's hygiene and well-being. Promote positive social interactions among children to encourage teamwork and empathy

Experience

Prior classroom experience working with young children is preferred Background in early childhood education or related caregiving fields is advantageous Proven ability to work effectively with children and their families in a caring, respectful manner Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment Demonstrated patience, creativity, and adaptability in educational settings
