Job Overview

TNT WoodWork is seeking experienced subcontractors for custom woodworking, on-site cabinetry, built-ins, and finish carpentry on residential and commercial projects. Our work includes full renovations, feature walls, custom furniture, and millwork.

This role is best suited for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while maintaining a professional presence on site.

Responsibilities

Read and work from drawings and specifications Install and fabricate cabinetry, built-ins, and millwork on site Ensure accuracy, fit, and finish Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues Communicate professionally with clients and other trades Keep job sites clean and organized Take progress and completion photos Track and submit hours accurately Travel to job sites as required (some may be out of town)
Experience & Skills

Experience in woodworking, finish carpentry, and cabinetry installation Ability to read blueprints and use hand/power tools Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Construction or installation experience preferred
Spraying/finishing experience is an asset; training available for the right candidate.

Requirements

Own vehicle (required for some out-of-town projects) Own tools suitable for finish and cabinetry work Liability insurance is an asset
